The Jarvis blueprint

How I set up my AI chief of staff: the rules, the roles and what I would do differently. Free, in your inbox after subscribing.

Free taste: prepare first, send later

My assistant may read and prepare everything, but only sends per category I release. A trust ladder of four steps: read, prepare, act on my behalf, and never money or signatures. A category only moves up with proof: at least 10 sent drafts and 80% sent unchanged. And the rule isn't a promise: sending only works through one gate that checks category, recipient and daily limit, and refuses otherwise.

  1. One brainWhy every agent reads and writes to the same memory, and what goes in it.
  2. Prepare first, send laterThe gate that decides what Jarvis may send himself, and how trust grows per category.
  3. A team of specialistsPostroom, sales, admin, coach: one owner per domain, one voice to you.
  4. Commitments as loopsHow nothing that was promised gets lost.
  5. Measuring itThe one number I watch: drafts sent unchanged.
  6. What I would do differentlyThe mistakes from the first weeks, so you can skip them.
